Everyone has a starting point in weight loss. And mine sucks.
Starting Weight: 205.8 pounds
Short-term goal: 185 pounds by April 9th
Long-term goal: 155 pounds by September 2nd. This date corresponds with our 5-year anniversary. If I hit my goal, (and I WILL) I will be back down to what I weighed when we got married.
- Complete Jillian Michael’s 30 day Shred.
- Walk in the Blueberry Festival 5k.
I’m starting really slow. I plan to do
- Level 1 of the Shred for 30 days
- Level 2 for 30 days
- Level 3 for 30 days
- Levels 1,2, & 3 for 30 days at 10 days each.
I did my first day of Level 1 today and it seriously sucked. But it will get better.
So, onward. It only gets easier from here on out, yes?
