		<description><![CDATA[For Charlie Horses, this is a feat because a) they usually happen when you&#039;re sleeping and don&#039;t have your wits about you and b) this is counter-intuitive but train yourself to flex your foot up. Point your toes toward your knee. It will force your muscle away from the spasm and stretch it out straight and stop the spasm. I did this twice and I haven&#039;t gotten a Charlie Horse since month 5 or so. And I used to get them all the time even when I wasn&#039;t pregnant!]]></description>
